Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager 1, Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and execution of learning curriculum and programs to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning programs, providing feedback and development to instructors
  • Analyze training practices and implement policies to improve learning delivery and departmental efficiencies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in managing teams, including exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Ability to implement tactical business plans and analyze training practices
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional design processes
