Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding and Adoption Specialist to join its Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new and returning clients through onboarding and implementation of services
  • Configure client sites and provide training to maximize service value
  • Support clients through various communication channels and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in residence life and/or student housing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
  • Comfortable using computer and web-based technologies
  • Team player with a strong client-focused approach
  • Previous experience with eRezLife is an asset
