Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Slovenian-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account setup, subscription inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Educate customers about new content, features, and promotional offers available on the platform.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide suggestions for service improvements.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and enhance user experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and online support tools.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for streaming services and knowledge of television and film content is a plus.
