Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Offer technical support and guidance on electronics products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the electronics sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with electronics products and technical specifications is a plus.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including possible shifts during evenings and weekends.
