Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
  • Assist customers with transportation bookings, scheduling, and queries.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer informed support to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and customer service standards.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to help customers succeed.
