Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support for electronics.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Educate customers on product features, warranties, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.
  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the technology or electronics sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with electronics products and a strong interest in technology.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
