Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Estonian-speaking online content creators and their audiences.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist content creators with technical issues related to their platforms and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer inquiries.
  • Gather feedback from content creators to identify areas for improvement in our services.
  • Create and maintain FAQs and support documentation to assist both clients and users.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Fluent in Estonian both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online content creation and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
