Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls from Italian-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance.
• Evaluate vehicle issues and provide effective solutions via phone, including troubleshooting or coordinating towing services.
• Communicate with empathy and clarity, keeping customers informed throughout the assistance process.
• Document all service calls and actions taken in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with local service providers and emergency services to ensure swift assistance.
• Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quick and reliable support.
• Stay informed on company policies, roadside assistance procedures, and local regulations to provide knowledgeable service.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, emergency response, or automotive services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing time and tasks.
• Proficient with computer systems and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
