The House of Mercier is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent specializing in the automotive sector. This role involves providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers who have inquiries or need assistance with their automotive services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by offering informed support and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing automotive inquiries and concerns.
• Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, service bookings, and troubleshooting issues.
• Document interactions clearly, ensuring all customer feedback and queries are recorded in our database.
• Collaborate with automotive specialists and technical teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
• Continuously update your knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer resolution and satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your customer service skills and automotive expertise.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer-centric service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
