Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing travel-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, and cancellations while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions promptly, facilitating seamless travel experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in our database.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and industry best practices.
• Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and resolution times.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline sector is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
