Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, service bookings, and resolving issues they may encounter.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in our database.
  • Collaborate with automotive service teams and specialists to ensure prompt resolution of complex issues.
  • Stay informed about automotive trends, products, and company services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your customer service skills and automotive knowledge.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing customer-centric service.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to effectively manage customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
