Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding IT support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat from a remote location.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with various teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as necessary.
• Guide clients on the effective use of our IT products and services.
• Assist in creating and updating support documentation in German.
• Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolving their issues.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Experience in IT support or a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with IT support systems, ticketing software, and remote assistance tools.
• A self-motivated team player capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
