The House of Mercier is delighted to announce an exciting opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in high-end coffee machines. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries regarding our premium coffee machines, guiding them through troubleshooting processes, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and warranty claims related to high-end coffee machines.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications effectively.
• Provide customers with guidance on product usage and maintenance to enhance their coffee experience.
• Collaborate with product specialists to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and coffee brewing techniques to offer informed assistance.
• Achieve and maintain performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer goods or food and beverage sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee machines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, whether remote or in-office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
