Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume writing and interview preparation.
- Utilize your Irish language skills to communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Fluency in Irish and English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Workable.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
