Your expertise in customer service and understanding of streaming services will ensure that our clients receive top-notch assistance with their inquiries, account issues, and technical support. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to the streaming portal.
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain attention to detail in case management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with platform features, content updates, and industry trends to offer informed guidance.
• Work towards achieving performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or digital entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively.
