Key Responsibilities

• Provides first-line phone support to patients and medical providers using the medical device
• Relays complex customer inquiries to appropriate departments and team leaders
• Assists with setting up accounts for new customers and performs patient registration

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a similar role
• Remote/WFH setup needed: computer monitor, Windows 10+, 3 USB ports, internet speed of at least 25mbps
• Prior remote experience preferred
