Texas Licensed Application Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support and Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and support of key business applications to ensure high availability and performance
• Lead incident management and coordinate root cause analysis while driving continuous improvement in support processes
• Create and maintain learning materials, including user guides and training documentation for support teams and end-users

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts)
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare IT environment is strongly preferred
• Prior experience leading or mentoring support teams is a plus
• Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting EMR applications and related modules
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
