Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure the success and satisfaction of funder clients through strategic support and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships by providing high-quality service and support, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Drive client success through proactive identification of user needs and development of resources to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track client feedback and support the development of platform features
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client success role, preferably in a SaaS or tech for good environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with GoogleSuites, Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, and project management tools
  • Knowledge of the social good community, including non-profits and foundations, is a plus
  • Experience in philanthropy or grants management software is advantageous
