Key Responsibilities

• Prospect financial professionals and independent advisors for retirement plan product sales
• Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan products and services
• Partner with internal teams to develop and manage territory sales

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years of Sales Experience, with 1-2 years in Retirement Plans or financial services
• Life insurance license required; must obtain Securities Representative licenses within 6 months
• Proactive selling skills are essential
• High level of professionalism and strong analytical skills
