Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Processes and Systems Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for sales tools and enhance core platforms like Salesforce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Analyze and report on sales and system data to identify inefficiencies and drive platform improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, focusing on sales process optimization
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification for process improvement initiatives
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to enhance sales productivity
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting
