Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diamond Sales Expert in Newport Beach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations and closing sales on sustainably created diamonds and jewelry
• Drive sales by managing a calendar of appointments and nurturing leads to contribute to company growth
• Collaborate with team members on clienteling, custom design projects, and sharing customer trends for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with a proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment
• Strong preference for candidates with diamond expertise and jewelry experience; certification as a Gemologist is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and technologically savvy
• Must be available to work on weekends
