Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to serve as a client liaison for incoming intake calls and facilitate the intake process.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming intake calls and provide educated responses to client inquiries while initiating Biopsychosocial Assessments
• Schedule initial intake appointments and coordinate with clinic coordinators regarding client no-shows
• Ensure a positive client experience that reflects the organization's culture and values

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1-year experience in human services/healthcare or customer service role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls
• Strong telecommunications skills and comfort with multiple IT systems
• Compassionate demeanor and a passion for the mission of helping others
