Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hardware Support Specialist (Touchscreens, printers etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for hardware repairs and troubleshooting of electronic devices
• Answer a high volume of support calls and deliver outstanding customer service
• Perform remote support and resolve customer issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Experience in hardware repair and electronic support is required
• Proven ability to handle remote support and phone-based customer service interactions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
• Personable, team-oriented, and capable of adapting to a tight-knit, supportive team culture
• Previous experience in an IT support or technical customer service role is preferred
