Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various software platforms to perform daily tasks related to claims processing
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims process
• Gather and prepare necessary documentation, analyze loan transaction histories, and monitor pending claims

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in auto adjusting
• Proficiency in required software tools and auto valuation programs
• Experience in customer service, particularly in explaining technical or policy-related information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
