Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Foster client relationships and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Texas
• 1-8 years of litigation experience, especially in trial preparation
• Experience with insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite and time management systems
