Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Counsel to support the Go-to-Market organization in customer and partner sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide partnership to Revenue teams and negotiate a wide range of agreements
• Drive operational enhancements for go-to-market contracting and define commercial legal metrics
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the Commercial Legal and broader Legal team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• 12+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience
• Expertise in commercial agreements and intellectual property licenses
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, AI, and data protection regulations
• Proven experience in driving operational processes and scalable legal solutions
