Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant, Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
• Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests and prepare them for dispensing
• Compile and analyze data related to prescription refill processing and provide administrative support to clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D and HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
• Proficient Bilingual Language Skills in Spanish and English
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license and a verifiable Medical Assistant certificate required
