Healthcare Technical Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer (Healthcare) to join their customer-facing technical services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize multiple incoming customer issues for timely resolution
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues within web-based applications
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communicate effectively with customers regarding issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or healthcare)
• 1 year of experience in technical services or customer support within healthcare or software industries
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging code in cloud-hosted web applications
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) regulations
• Preferred experience with Python, React, React Native, MongoDB, and GCP
