Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager in a remote capacity in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the Retail Business Model and manage financial structures
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff
• Analyze financial status of applicants and explain loan options to customers

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations and compliance guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
