Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, attracting, and screening candidates for various positions
• Creating and posting job positions on multiple platforms
• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to manage recruitment workload

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Beginning to intermediate knowledge of applicant tracking software (ATS), preferably iCIMS
• Proficient experience with LinkedIn and Indeed, along with social media campaigns
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
