Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial and Technology Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in B2B commercial and technology SaaS contracting, supporting sales and business teams
• Support legal processes related to customer queries, RFPs, RFIs, and FAQs
• Collaborate with various teams to align business practices with privacy and AI standards

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as legal counsel in SaaS, data privacy, or AI within a global technology company
• Experience with SaaS sales, commercial contracts, and licensing
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices impacting data governance
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
