Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their customer-facing technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field support calls, chats, and emails from users regarding hosted software and connectivity issues
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer challenges with software and hardware
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical processes and troubleshooting guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT customer support, focusing on applications
  • Experience with applications such as Primavera, Autodesk, or ESRI
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, including Server 2016 & 2019
  • Experience with installation and configuration of hardware and software
  • Ability to work within Pacific Time Zone hours and participate in an on-call rotation
