Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to determine needs and provide resolution
  • Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries in a timely manner
  • Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercially insured payer practices preferred
  • Ability to use proprietary software effectively preferred
