Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to provide customer service and support for Medicare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retain current customers and resolve issues
• Process calls in accordance with policies, procedures, and federal regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and document customer interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School education or GED required; must be 18 years or older
• Active and current Health or Health & Life/Accident license required
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Experience with Internet, Windows applications, and email services
• Must be eligible for immediate release from any contract with a former upline
