The Sales Manager will lead our Account Executive team, driving sales performance and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets for key accounts. If you’re passionate about supporting and enabling sales teams to be successful, this role could be a great fit for you.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering a high performance culture through quality coaching and continuous development
Collaborate with the VP, Sales and Partnerships to implement sales strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives
Monitor the team’s performance through key metrics, providing regular feedback and reviews
Identify training needs and facilitate the development of team capabilities and effectiveness
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective forecasting and reporting on sales activities, trends, issues, and opportunities
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve sales processes and support prospects and customers
Recruit and onboard new Account Executives to the team
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance
Proficient in CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience selling e-commerce solutions
Master’s degree in a related field, such as an MBA
