At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for an ambitious self-starter to drive our growth strategy by identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities with key enterprise customers in the DACH region. In this role, you will conduct in-depth market research, engage with senior decision-makers, and develop personalized outreach strategies to establish strong relationships with prospective clients. By working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will play a vital role in building a strong pipeline, contributing to global success, and making a meaningful impact while supporting our long-term growth ambitions. We have a proven track record of hitting our targets year after year, and we’re excited to keep building on that momentum for continued growth and expansion.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:  

  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts, turning leads into exciting new opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining meaningful connections with key players in Sana Commerce’s ecosystem and client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor;
  • Cultivating strong relationships with prospects and partners, laying the foundation for long-term success and collaboration;
  • Conducting online discovery calls, engaging multiple decision-makers to uncover needs and demonstrate the value of Sana Commerce’s solutions;
  • Conducting deep-dive account research to personalize your outreach and develop winning strategies that set you up for success.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:  

  • A Bachelor's degree. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the software (SaaS) industry as a BDR, SDR, ADR;
  • Near-native command of the German language;
  • Creativity. When you don’t know how to go about things, you’ll find a creative way to achieve your goals.
  • Excellent communication skills. You can take the lead in a conversation, leave no room for interpretation, and you also know when it’s time to listen;
  • Partnership building skills. You can build a strong partnership with multiple stakeholders in multi-threaded opportunities.
