Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Experience Specialist to enhance student success through direct support and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster student progress by developing resources and interventions to improve the student experience
  • Conduct outreach strategies to support student retention and graduation
  • Manage incoming support requests and resolve complex student issues to ensure satisfaction and progress
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related field
  • 2+ years of teaching experience
  • Experience in a student-facing or customer-facing role
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
