Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Associate to support training and onboarding for its Admissions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging virtual training sessions for new hires across various departments
  • Design and refine asynchronous onboarding materials to support effective learning
  • Evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis and collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training, preferably in operational teams
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training experiences
  • Prior experience in behavioral health or healthcare is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience is preferred
