Partnerships Director - PA/OH

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Director to help improve early literacy through collaboration with school and district leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders
• Generate new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
• Represent the organization at regional events and collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader (e.g., principal, assistant principal, curriculum director)
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with storytelling, strategy, and data-driven decision making
• A natural drive to sell, with experience in closing deals or pitching programs
