Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Structured Finance Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for negotiation, structuring, and documentation of complex transactions related to capital markets
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests
• Oversee the organization of structured finance transaction-related entities and manage ongoing operations and compliance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience in ABS/RMBS transactions and related capital markets transactions
• Understanding of legal and regulatory issues affecting securities and ABS markets
• Experience with asset classes involving consumer loans
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic organizational environment
