Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eBilling system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain relationships with external law firms and facilitate vendor onboarding
• Coordinate training for legal and finance teams, resolving issues related to legal matters

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal eBilling, preferably in-house or with a law firm
• Strong experience with legal eBilling platforms, preferably Brightflag
• Familiarity with legal billing practices and fee arrangements
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
