Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Engineer, West.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner to customers to map business objectives and operational challenges to AI-driven solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems and design tailored solutions leveraging real-time AI capabilities
• Own the technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements, including integrations and real-time coaching workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including 1-3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering
• Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony architecture
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly large and small language models
• Experience with real-time systems and CRM tools
• Consultative mindset with a proven track record of leading strategic conversations and influencing stakeholders
