Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will work closely with Account Executives to enhance client relationships and support post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Executives with post-sales functions, including quote configurations and purchase order preparation
• Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to confirm product pricing and availability
• Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams to provide tracking information and assist with RFQ entry and RFP documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent telephone etiquette
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
