Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Surgical Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing and take incoming phone calls, providing results and relaying information between providers and patients
• Schedule follow-up appointments and surgeries
• Advance within the department into supervisory roles

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education and certification/licensure as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
• Excellent telephone customer service skills
• Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record and scheduling systems
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute, tested during the interview
• Must be located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones
