Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented/Litigation Adjuster - Remote CST/MST/PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex represented claims, including UM/UIM claims and specialized claims
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and make payments to appropriate parties
• Negotiate and settle bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved independently

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling complex claims, particularly in casualty and applicable lines of business
• Ability to perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret insurance policies
• Proficiency in using various communication methods, including phone and email
• Empathy and commitment to customer service in claims handling
• Willingness to work remotely within specified time zones
