Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic intake and document patient consultations in the EMR
• Provide sexual health counseling over the phone
• Coordinate referrals and review medication and treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Proficiency with computers and technology (60+ WPM typing)
• Current license to practice as an LVN/LPN
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
