Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 10-15 website projects from contract to activation each month
• Design websites using a drag-and-drop CMS and collaborate with dealership clients
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and OEM teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or website implementation
• Experience with CMS/website platforms
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not required
