Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English / Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer 50-70 incoming calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
• Document customer information and issues while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
• Contact care providers for appointment scheduling and assist with complex issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate new software
