Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - South Division (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on compliance with healthcare regulations and draft/review related agreements
• Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership and prepare critical legal documents
• Manage outside counsel relationships and deliver timely legal information to operations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant healthcare legal experience
• Admission to California State Bar required
• Experience with legislative proposals and healthcare regulations preferred
• Proven capability to manage assignments with minimal supervision
