Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-value commercial and vendor contracts, including MSAs and data-licensing agreements
• Oversee AI compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations
• Manage corporate governance, including board governance and equity financing matters

Required Qualifications

• Top-tier law-firm training with in-house experience preferred
• Knowledge of financial services and software licensing
• Experience with complex commercial deals, IP strategy, and corporate governance
• Strong interest in AI, software, and finance
• Experience as an early lawyer at a hyper-growth startup is a bonus
